Vogue carries one of the most capacious, well attached mammary systems in our herd. One of the highest, widest rear udder attachments, along with a beautifully smooth fore udder attachment. After being a bridesmaid to Violet at all shows, Vogue finally became a bride in 2008, earning 2 legs towards her championship. Ada is probably my favorite kid. She is super wide between the hocks, tracks correctly on the feet and legs, straight topline, and a tight and smooth front shoulder assembly. We were so happy to see Ada freshen this year. Typical of our Vegas daughters, she has the most correct feet, legs, & front end assemblies you will ever find, coupled with the beautiful mammary system. Ada needs time to mature as she is only a yearling, but we couldn't be happier with what this line breeding has produced. Though the smallest yearling of her class, she has placed first each time, with the judges complimenting her on her outstanding mammary system. |

Tootsie earned her permanent Champion status in 2002, at her first show as a first freshening 2-year-old. To date her show career consists of 8XBOB and 1XBSDIS. She has been described by some judges as having an "ideal udder." Tootsie was the 6th place 4-year-old at the 2004 National Show. Tootsie's 2004 buck kid, Lit'l Dutch MP Trooper, appraised EcEcEc. We have retained Tootsie's 2005 buck kid, Lit'l Dutch TR Vegas. Tootsie is now deceased.

Nutmeg is one of our foundation does. She is an elegant doe that has become our brood doe. Nutmeg has been consistent in producing beautiful offspring. At the age of eight, Nutmeg has blessed us with one more beautiful doeling, which will be retained.
At the age of eight, we made the grueling decision to sell Nutmeg in order to make more room in our barn. It was a heartache to come to the decision to part with her. Thank you Shady Lawn Farms for your purchase of Nutmeg.
